Top 10 Healthy Restaurants in Miami

What I mean with healthy is: places that offer juicy and delicious food, made with love and have no-animal protein in their menus + the option whole grains (rice or pasta). This places are mostly plant-based and vegan.

In my list you’ll find the one I visit the most:

Love Life Cafe in Wynwood — comfy and great vibes! Favs: plant powered arepas

Under the Mango Tree in South Beach — they prepare everything at the moment and with vitamin Love. If they are busy. You will feel peace and great vibes since you enter their store. Favs: Iron Man, Superfood Acai Bowl, Veggie Melt, Avo Toast, Turmeric Latte.

Talavera in Coral Gables — Mexican food always have healthy options! Favs: Cactus salad, Guacamole, Vegetarian Huarache

Milk Gone Nuts in South Beach — you will fall in love with their non-dairy ice pops! Plus, food is delicious. I always eat their daily soup a wrap or salad. Favs: choco-almond ice pop.

Go Go Fresh Food in South Beach — It is a very small place and has parking! (a plus in the beach). Their small salads are super filling and to die for! This is one of the frequent places I visit when I am at the beach. Favs: Veggie Burger with sweet potato fries and their Super Food Salad! Plus.

Della Bowls at Wynwood Yard — their have adashah, a unique lentil-based vegan meat alternative. Favs: Caribbean Bowl

Beehive Juice Bar in South Miami— Chef Carlos cooks something different everyday. Favs: Mushroom Seitan Pie, Veggie Sandwich with tofu chicharrones

Coconut Grove Farmers Market —Glaser Farms brings delicious food from their farm every Saturday. Favs: best sushi ever, coconut ice cream, and potato salad

Green Bar & Kitchen in Ft. Lauderdale — is worth the drive Favs: GBK Deluxe Burger, Hummus Wrap, Roasted Bowl, Thai Soup

The New Vegan in Delray Beach — they have the best quinoa waffles! It’s an obligated stop every time we travel North.
